Product Quality & Warranty

This product is an Original Quality Master Quality and comes with a 1-Year Machine Replacement Warranty.

If your product develops a machine-related issue within one year of purchase, please contact our team. We will assist you with a replacement of the same product, subject to the warranty terms.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available across India, subject to service availability.

• COD orders are subject to applicable terms and conditions.

• A ₹50 or ₹100 token amount is required to confirm your order.

Why is a token amount required?

Some customers place COD orders but refuse to accept their parcels at delivery. To reduce these unnecessary courier returns, we collect a small token amount to confirm that the customer is genuinely interested in purchasing the product. The remaining balance can be paid according to the COD terms at delivery.
