Refund & Returns Policy – DialCraft
At DialCraft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our easy return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Note: Certain items like personal care products, perishables, or customized items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or damaged products due to customer handling

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or UPI, and you may be asked to provide your account details.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with your order details.
7. Cancellations
