Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – DialCraft

At DialCraft, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers across India. To ensure smooth processing and reduce order cancellations, we follow a secure partial advance payment model for all COD orders.

1. How COD Works

When you choose Cash on Delivery at checkout:

  • You will be required to pay a ₹50 advance to confirm your order.

  • The remaining amount is to be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

This helps us:

  • Prevent fake or unconfirmed orders

  • Ensure a faster and more reliable shipping process

2. Why We Require an Advance

Due to an increase in fraudulent and non-serious COD orders, we’ve introduced a minimum advance payment of ₹50 to secure your order. This advance:

  • Confirms your intent to receive the order

  • Is deducted from the total payable amount

  • Is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after shipping

3. Payment Methods for Advance

You can pay the ₹50 advance via:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (if available)

Advance payment details will be provided at the time of checkout or sent to your WhatsApp/email after placing the order.

4. Balance Payment at Delivery

  • The remaining balance (Total order amount – ₹50 advance) is to be paid in cash to the delivery agent.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready to avoid any inconvenience during delivery.

5. Non-Compliance / Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept the COD order at the time of delivery or provides false information, the advance amount will be forfeited and the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders on DialCraft.

6. Exceptions

  • COD is available only for select pin codes and may not be offered in remote or high-risk areas.

  • We reserve the right to decline COD orders at our discretion if we suspect misuse or repeated cancellations.
