  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply and are mentioned at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with:

  • Tracking ID / AWB number

  • Courier partner details

  • A link to track your shipment in real-time

You can also log in to your account on our website to check the shipping status.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to explore alternate solutions or process a cancellation with a full refund.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Although we aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Remote or restricted delivery zones

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
